Summary:  The Exodus is God's grand saving miracle in the Old Testament.  God called Israel to be His treasured possession.  With a mighty arm, He delivered them from slavery under a foreign power.  He led them through the wilderness as Savior and Provider.  His people learned how to trust and depend on HIm in the most challenging circumstances of life.  He then opened the way into the Promised Land.  Through it all, God allowed suffering to teach us how to know and depend on Him.
 
In the hardships and struggles of the desert, we find a paradigm for our lives as Christians.  How do we survive - even thrive - amid our own desert experiences of body, soul and relationships?  God travels with us!  He supplies water for the thirsty, builds a community for the lonely, provides protection for the weak.  He opens ears to hear His truth.  He lights the way for the lost and gives wisdom to the confused.  He comforts the hurting and stirs hope among the weary. 
 
Dates:  February 5-March 31
 
Times/Locations:  There will be numerous small groups forming at different times, days of the week and at various locations.  People can just submit their name, contact information, date and time preferences and somebody will let them know what studies are available. 
 
Cost:  $10 a book or $15 for a couple (2 books)
